Dipped in Creativity

Dipped In Creativity Engagement (D.I.C.E), is a youth-led social enterprise, working primarily with 14- 30-year-olds in East London to increase mental health awareness and community well-being.  We use creativity in our skill-based workshops, social events and programmes to build on skills and connect young people to employment opportunities.

World Heart Beat

World Heart Beat is a music academy which champions the belief that music is a powerful tool for social mobility. Founded in 2009 by Sahana Gero MBE, the charity works with and supports upwards of 400 young people from varying backgrounds, demonstrating to them – and to the world – the power of music as a universal form of communication.

Peabody Community Foundation

Our vision is to help to build communities that are healthier, wealthier and happier. We want to help people, households and communities to be more resilient, so that they are better able to handle life’s challenges, and live independent and happy lives. Our Youth Social Action team works with young people across London to build their skills through micro-grants, accredited training programmes and a focus on their confidence and development.

Carney’s Community

Carney’s Community is a charity that aims to reduce offending, re-offending and anti-social behaviour, whilst improving social mobility and community cohesion. We achieve this by engaging a range of participants, in positive and constructive activities, specifically boxing, mentoring, key work, youth work, bike maintenance, employability and music sessions.

The Jack Petchey Foundation

The Jack Petchey Foundation was set up by Sir Jack Petchey CBE to inspire and celebrate young people. Since 2000, over £143 million has been invested in programmes to benefit young people aged 11-25 across London and Essex. Our major programme is the Jack Petchey Achievement Award Scheme, which is run in 1,600 youth clubs, youth organisations and secondary schools across London and Essex.

Make My Mark is supported by funding from The Jack Petchey Foundation, alongside funding from CIVA. Jack Petchey Foundation is particularly interested in supporting young people with enterprise ideas, with at least six awards focused on this area in 2022.
